Avoid screen-grab images or photos that have been cropped down significantly. The more original pixel data in the file, the sharper the final printed card will be. Yes. Snapshot accepts any photo file regardless of the camera brand or model that captured it. Canon PowerShot, Sony RX10, Panasonic Lumix, Nikon Coolpix — it doesn't matter. The upload system accepts standard image file formats. What matters is image resolution and sharpness, not the brand name on the lens. If you've got a clean, in-focus frame from your bridge camera, Snapshot can make a card from it. We don't have any camera-specific compatibility requirements.

Cards ship within 2-3 business days from our production facility in Des Moines, Iowa. Free standard shipping is included on every USA order. In most cases, customers in the continental USA receive their cards within 5-7 days of ordering. If you're ordering for a specific event — a banquet, a party, a team celebration — place your order at least a week in advance to build in a comfortable buffer. Expedited options may be available at checkout depending on your location and order date.

There's no requirement to order all cards at once. You can place separate orders for each athlete, or package them together. If you've captured a truly exceptional frame with your bridge camera — a perfect peak-action moment with great composition — the MEGA card is the best way to showcase it. Both formats use the same premium card stock and professional printing process.

You choose a template, upload your photo, and type in the player's name, number, and any other details you want on the card. The system shows you a preview before you commit to anything. If something looks off — a crop that cuts too close, a text color that doesn't work — you can adjust it before placing your order. The whole process typically takes less than ten minutes.

It depends on the resulting image quality. Bridge cameras with longer zoom lenses sometimes struggle in low indoor light — producing noisy or blurry frames that won't print cleanly at card size. Before uploading an indoor shot, zoom into the image at 100% on your computer screen and check for motion blur or significant digital noise in the subject area. If the athlete's face and uniform are sharp and the image looks clean at full resolution, it'll likely print well. If the shot looks soft or grainy on screen, it'll look the same on the card.
