Print and Operations Specialist
About the Role
We're looking for a detail-oriented Print and Operations Specialist to join our growing team in Des Moines, Iowa. You'll be responsible for managing our printing operations, ensuring quality control, and optimizing our production processes as we scale our custom sports card manufacturing.
This is a hands-on role perfect for someone who enjoys working with printing equipment, maintaining quality standards, and improving operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain high-quality digital printing equipment
- Perform quality control inspections on all printed cards
- Manage inventory of card stock, materials, and supplies
- Coordinate with shipping team to ensure timely fulfillment
- Optimize production workflows and identify process improvements
- Troubleshoot printing issues and maintain equipment calibration
Requirements
- Experience with digital printing equipment or willingness to learn
- Strong attention to detail and quality standards
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment
- Good communication skills and team collaboration
- Basic computer skills for order management systems
- Physical ability to stand, lift materials, and operate equipment
