When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. You are responsible for:

• Safeguarding your account password and all activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Ensuring your contact information remains current

Your Content

You retain ownership of the images and content you upload. By using our service, you grant us a license to:

• Process, modify, and enhance your images for card creation
• Store your content securely on our servers
• Use your content solely for providing our services to you

Our Content

Our templates, designs, logos, and proprietary technology remain our intellectual property. You may not:

• Copy or reproduce our templates outside of our service
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract our proprietary designs
• Use our branding or intellectual property without written permission

Snapshot is frequently used to make cards for youth athletes. When you upload a photo of someone else — including your own child — you confirm that:

• You are that person's parent or legal guardian, or you have their permission (or their guardian's permission) to use the photo and details
• You have the right to use the photo itself, including any rights held by a professional photographer
• You are not uploading a photo of someone who has asked you not to

If you are a coach, league or organization creating cards on behalf of your players, you are responsible for obtaining the permissions above from each player's parent or guardian before submitting their photo or details. A parent or guardian may contact us to have their child's photo and details removed, and we will honor that request even if you created the card.

A limited number of our templates use artificial intelligence to generate artwork around your photo. These templates are marked with an “AI” badge in the card builder before you select one. All other templates are composited by us without AI.

• AI output is generated fresh for each card and can vary between attempts — two runs of the same template will not produce identical artwork
• We do not use your photos to train AI models, and we do not permit our AI provider to do so
• You may regenerate or switch to a non-AI template before ordering if you are not happy with the result
• Because generation consumes processing capacity, we may apply reasonable limits to how many times a card can be regenerated

If you set up a team or organization on Snapshot:

• You are responsible for the roster information you enter and for sharing team links only with people entitled to receive them
• Anyone with your team link may be able to add or design a card for a roster spot, so treat the link as sensitive
• Coaches and organization admins may create or edit cards on behalf of their players, subject to section 5 above
• Fundraising or revenue-share arrangements, where offered, are described at the time you enroll and may be changed or ended on notice

You may not use our service to:

• Upload content that violates any laws or infringes on others' rights
• Create cards with copyrighted sports team logos without permission
• Upload inappropriate, offensive, or harmful content
• Attempt to hack, disrupt, or damage our systems
• Resell or redistribute our templates or services
• Use automated tools to access our service without permission

Our pricing is clearly displayed during the checkout process. By placing an order, you agree to:

• Pay all charges at the prices in effect when charges are incurred
• Pay applicable taxes and shipping fees
• Provide accurate billing and payment information

We reserve the right to change our prices at any time, but price changes will not affect orders already placed.

When you place an order:

• We will send you an order confirmation email
• Cards are typically produced and shipped the next business day
• Shipping transit is separate and typically takes 5-7 business days within the United States
• We will notify you when your order ships with tracking information

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders that violate our terms or contain prohibited content.

Due to the custom nature of our products:

• All sales are final once production begins
• We will reprint or replace orders that arrive with clear manufacturing defects or shipping damage, at our sole discretion
• We will correct errors that are our fault at no charge
• Replacement requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery with photos of the issue

Our service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid for our services
• We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or force majeure events
