Why it works for grandparents
Grandparents have the school photos and the framed prints. A set of cards is different: something to hold, pass around at dinner and show friends, one grandchild at a time. Kids can design their own card in about a minute, so the gift is partly from them.
Ways to build the set
Mix and match; each card in the box is designed on its own.
- One card per grandchild, with a line like "Favorite thing at Grandma's: pancakes"
- A "family team" card with everyone in one photo
- A rookie card for the newest grandchild
- A card of the grandparents themselves, as Hall of Fame members
Sending it to them
Enter the grandparents' address as the shipping address and the box goes straight to them, in a branded card box with a magnetic display case for the featured card. Each order ships to one address, so two households means two orders.
Christmas timing
With standard shipping, the order-by date is Monday, December 14, and the set is expected at their door by Wednesday, December 23.
