Most orders are produced and shipped within 2 to 3 business days from the time your order is placed. We print everything in Des Moines, Iowa, and ship via standard carriers to any U.S. address at no charge. Expedited options may be available at checkout if you need something sooner. We'd recommend ordering at least four to five business days before any event just to give yourself a comfortable buffer, though most customers report their cards arriving faster than expected.

The sharper your photo, the sharper your card. For best results, use a photo that's at least 1 megapixel in resolution — most smartphones shot in the last five years produce more than enough quality. Avoid heavily filtered, screenshot-quality, or heavily cropped images, as small originals can look soft or pixelated when printed. Our order system will flag any image that appears too low-resolution before you complete checkout, so you'll know upfront rather than being surprised when the card arrives.

You can absolutely order a single card. Our single-card option starts at $17.99 and includes free shipping and a free magnetic case — no pack required, no minimum quantity. This makes it easy to order one special card for a birthday, a gift, or a personal keepsake without committing to a larger set. If you want more, multi-card packs are available up to $49.99. There's no pressure to order more than you need, and there's no subscription attached to any purchase.

Any of them. Snapshot's templates aren't locked to one sport or activity. Football, basketball, baseball, soccer, wrestling, cheer, dance, hockey, golf, martial arts — if you have a photo of it, we can put it on a card. We also see plenty of non-sport orders: pets, family photos, musicians, first responders, military portraits. The template styles are versatile enough to work with virtually any subject. You're not limited by sport, level of play, or age of the athlete in the photo.

It's genuinely included at no extra cost with every order. The magnetic case — the rigid, snap-close style that serious collectors use for valuable cards — ships with your card automatically. We don't offer it as an add-on or charge for it at checkout. It's part of the standard Snapshot experience because we want the card to arrive protected and feel premium from the moment you open the package. Some customers order Snapshot cards specifically because they don't want to hunt down a case separately after the fact.

Yes. Our templates include customizable back panels where you can add a player name, position, stats, season year, team name, or any short personal text you want. The back of a trading card is where the story lives — use it. You're not required to fill every field; some people keep it minimal with just a name and year, while others load it with stats from a memorable season. Either way, the finished back looks intentional and polished, not like a blank template with placeholder text left in by mistake.
