Custom Sports Trading Cards Canada — Made to Last

Yes — Snapshot ships to Canadian addresses. Cards are printed at our facility in Des Moines, Iowa, and production takes one business day from the time your order is placed. Shipping time to Canada will vary by province and carrier, but most Canadian orders ship in one business day or a bit more after ordering. If you're planning ahead for an end-of-season event or a gift, ordering 10-14 days in advance gives you comfortable buffer. Free shipping over $30 currently applies to USA orders; Canadian shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination.

Snapshot works for any sport where you've got a great photo and a story worth telling. Hockey is enormously popular with Canadian customers — rep teams, house leagues, and AAA programs all order cards regularly. But soccer, baseball, basketball, lacrosse, football, volleyball, and even individual sports like track, wrestling, and swimming all translate beautifully to trading card format. The templates are designed to look authentically professional regardless of sport. If your athlete plays it and you've got a solid photo, we can make a card for it.

A clear, well-lit photo taken on a modern smartphone is genuinely all you need in most cases. The key things to look for: the subject should be in focus, the lighting shouldn't be so low that the image is blurry or grainy, and the player should be reasonably centred or positioned in a way that works for the card layout. Action shots from games can be spectacular on a finished card — even sideline photos work well. If your photo is extremely dark, heavily blurred, or very low resolution, our team may reach out with suggestions, but most snapshots from a typical game day work just fine.

Absolutely, and team orders are one of the most popular ways coaches and team managers use Snapshot. You can order up to 18 cards in a single Rookie Box pack, which works well for smaller rosters. For larger teams, just place multiple orders or reach out to our team for guidance on the best approach. Each card in a team order can be fully customized with an individual player's photo, name, position, and stats — nobody gets a generic card.

Standard Snapshot cards are 2.5" × 3.5" — the exact same dimensions as official trading cards you'd find in any hobby shop or collector's binder. That's intentional. Cards at that size fit standard card sleeves, binder pages, top loaders, and display cases. The sizing is part of what makes them feel legitimate rather than novelty-sized. If you want something you can actually display on a wall or desk, the MEGA Card option prints at 11" × 15.4" — a dramatic poster-card format that works perfectly as room décor or a showpiece gift.

Every standard Snapshot card ships in a free magnetic case — the rigid, two-piece acrylic cases that serious card collectors typically buy separately to protect valuable cards. It's included with every order at no extra charge. This isn't a paper sleeve or a soft plastic wrap — it's a genuine magnetic closure case that snaps shut and keeps the card safe from bends, scratches, and humidity. The MEGA Card (11" × 15.4") comes with a free protective sleeve sized appropriately for the larger format. Either way, your card arrives protected and ready to display or gift.
