For the best results, aim for a photo that's at least 1000 pixels wide, ideally taken in good lighting without heavy digital zoom. Production takes 2–3 business days from the time you place your order. Shipping within the USA is free on every order and typically adds 1–3 business days depending on your location. Most customers receive their cards within a week of ordering, and many within 4–5 days. We produce everything in Des Moines, Iowa, which puts us in a central shipping location for both coasts.
