This choice sets the number of copies of the first design you save. To make a set of different Rookie designs, start with one card, add each design separately and check its copy count. Bulk boxes repeat one design.

Where the template supports them, use the team, season, position and a short biography or verified statistics. An end-of-season message can be more meaningful than invented numbers. Read the final reverse at card size.

One coach receiving twelve players’ cards needs twelve designs. Families receiving multiple copies of one player need repeated copies. Work through the 12-player roster example before collecting a team order.

Questions before you print
How do I make a custom sports card?
Choose a design by its actual preview, upload your own player photo and personalize the fields provided by that template. Check the front, reverse, crop and spelling, then choose your quantity and physical finish before ordering.
Which sports can the templates be used for?
Use your own baseball, basketball, American football, soccer, softball, hockey or other athlete photo. The gallery shows example subjects; choose by the layout and available fields rather than assuming every sport has a separate licensed template.
Can I buy just one card?
Yes. One standard Rookie card costs $17.99 USD and includes a magnetic display case. A Rookie Box can hold up to 18 different designs with quantity-based pricing. Each Rookie Box includes one magnetic case; it does not include a separate case for every card. Shipping and tax are shown at checkout.
Can I put stats or a message on the reverse?
The reverse depends on the selected template. Some sports layouts support player details, a biography or statistics; character templates can use a fixed reverse. Open the available back preview before writing a long message and proof the final text at card size.
What is the difference between a team set and a Bulk Box?
A team set has different players and therefore different designs. Rookie supports different designs. Bulk Boxes of 25, 50 or 100 repeat one approved design. The team program gives each player copies of their own card; it does not automatically put a complete mixed roster in each player’s pack.
What photo works best?
Use a clear original photo in good light. Keep the player recognizable after a vertical crop, leave room around a bat, ball or helmet and avoid screenshots of small social-media images when the original is available. Check both the face and uniform number in the preview.
Is a metallic-looking template automatically holographic?
No. A metallic-looking frame is part of the artwork. A physical holographic finish is an order upgrade with its own price. Custom gold or silver foil work is quoted separately; describe the design and quantity when you contact Snapshot.
When should I order for a game or ceremony?
Allow time to collect approved photos and proof each design. Check the current delivery options and estimates at checkout for the destination, and confirm requirements before committing to an event date. Free US standard shipping on orders $30+ — $5.00 flat under that. International prices and transit estimates depend on the destination.

"I ordered cards on a Monday so they would be shipped and arrive by Friday. The next day through a series of unexpected events and missed communications on my part, I discovered my order was delayed. I reached out to see if there was anyway my order could still be processed and shipped out on time. Graham (CTO) reached out to me personally via email and phone to fix the issue and ensure my order was processed and shipped out on time. I received them on that Friday as I was originally hoping.
