That said, our templates are designed to complement strong composition and cover minor imperfections. If your image is at least 1MB in file size and clearly focused, you're in good shape. Horizontal crop flexibility also helps.

Our standard production and shipping timeline is 2-3 business days anywhere in the United States. Orders are fulfilled out of our Des Moines, Iowa facility, which means domestic shipping is fast and reliable. You won't be waiting two weeks for a card to arrive from an overseas printer. We don't currently offer an expedited option because our standard timeline is already one of the fastest in the custom card space. If you're ordering for a specific event or birthday, placing your order at least 4-5 calendar days ahead gives you a comfortable buffer.

You can absolutely customize the text fields. Most templates include options for the player's name, position, squad number, and additional detail fields that vary by template design. Some templates also support team name or season year fields. You're not limited to official stats — you can write in any details that are meaningful to you. Snapshot's custom cards are designed and sold for personal use, gifts, and personal collecting — not for commercial resale or mass reproduction of licensed player images. If you're uploading a photo you took yourself or a photo you own the rights to, you're in great shape. Using officially licensed images from clubs or broadcasters for resale purposes would fall outside what Snapshot supports. For personal fans ordering one card of their favorite player for their own collection or as a thoughtful gift, you're well within normal personal use. When in doubt, use original photos you captured yourself.
