A standard card can go to the player or a parent. A Rookie Box can hold different senior designs, with one magnetic case included per box. A MEGA is one oversized card with a protective sleeve. Count extra cases, copies and displays separately.

Read each name aloud and verify the graduating class, team and jersey number. Keep a longer speech or handwritten messages on a separate insert. MEGA is an 11 x 15.4 inch card-stock display, so confirm its fit and presentation separately from any banners or poster boards.
Plan delivery around the event
Confirm your presentation date, finish the design review, then check the carrier estimate for the actual delivery address before paying. Allow time to receive and organize the gifts before the event; an estimated arrival is not an event-date guarantee.

Cards go into production the same day you order and ship on the next business day.

Measure the display space before choosing the product. A ceremony table, a family photo station and an outdoor fence need different materials and sizes. MEGA is a card-stock keepsake for a table or indoor display; it is not a conventional large paper poster, weatherproof vinyl banner or mounted poster board.
The MEGA card includes a protective sleeve. A frame, easel or stand is a separate display decision, so check its inside dimensions against the full 11 x 15.4 inch card. The photograph in the comparison shows the product format; you will personalize an available design with the senior’s own photo and details.

Standard and holographic cards measure 2.5 x 3.5 inches. A MEGA measures 11 x 15.4 inches and includes a protective sleeve. Check the actual display space and compare the product photographs.
Count designs separately from copies
A Rookie Box holds 1–18 cards and can contain different designs. A Bulk Box contains 25, 50 or 100 copies of one design. A five-card box does not mean five included magnetic cases; the included case is one per Rookie Box.
Make the message readable
Choose a design with fields that suit the name and dedication. Inspect both sides, replace any sample text and use a separate insert for long messages or handwritten signatures.
