Common questions
Who gets approved?+
Pro and semi-pro athletes, college athletes with NIL rights, coaches, teams, and creators with an engaged audience. Follower count matters less than whether people would actually want your card — we read every application.
What does it cost me to apply?+
Nothing. Applying is free, there is no minimum order, and there is no inventory to buy. Nothing is committed until you have seen how it all works.
How do the numbers work?+
We go through the full terms with you directly once you are approved, before anything goes live. Applying does not commit you to any of them.
Do I need to design the card myself?+
No. Send us a photo and our design team builds the card with you. If you would rather design it yourself in our builder, you can do that too.
Who handles shipping and support?+
We do. Orders are printed, packed and shipped from the USA by Snapshot, and customer questions come to us — not to you.
How long does a decision take?+
Usually a few business days. We review applications by hand rather than auto-approving, so every storefront on the Pro Shop is one we stand behind.
