All Sales Are Final on Custom Cards
Every Snapshot order is made to order. Each card is uniquely printed with the photo, player name, team, stats, and template you choose, which means your order has no resale value to anyone but you. For that reason, we do not accept returns or exchanges on custom sports cards, custom trading cards, MEGA Cards, Bulk Boxes, or any other personalized product. All sales are final once production begins, which is typically within 1-2 business days of your order.
Damaged or Defective Items
We stand behind the quality of every card we print. If your order arrives with a clear manufacturing defect or visible shipping damage, we will make it right.
At Snapshot's sole discretion, and on a case-by-case basis, we may:
- Reprint and reship the damaged or defective cards at no charge
- Issue a partial or full refund to your original payment method
- Provide store credit toward a future Snapshot order
Because our products are custom and handled on a judgment basis, replacement decisions are final. We do not ship pre-paid return labels and you are not required to ship defective cards back to us - just send us photos of the issue so we can assess it.
How to Request a Replacement
To request a reprint or replacement for a damaged or defective order:
- Email support@makesnapshots.com within 14 days of delivery.
- Include your order number (from your confirmation email).
- Attach clear photos showing the defect or shipping damage - include the full card, the packaging, and a close-up of the affected area.
- Describe the issue in a sentence or two so our team can understand what went wrong.
Our support team typically responds within 1 business day. Once we confirm the issue, reprints usually ship within 2-3 business days.
What We Can't Replace
Because Snapshot cards are custom, some situations are not covered by our replacement policy:
- Photo quality you provided. We print what you upload. Blurry, low-resolution, or poorly cropped source photos are not covered. Our editor warns you before checkout if an image is too small.
- Typos or customization choices. Player name, team, year, stats, and other text are entered by you and locked in at checkout. Double-check before ordering.
- Change of mind or buyer's remorse. Once production begins, orders cannot be cancelled or returned.
- Minor color or finish variation. Printed colors may vary slightly from what you see on your screen. This is normal and not considered a defect.
- Damage caused after delivery. Bending, scuffing, water damage, or other wear and tear after the package is delivered.
- Packages lost or stolen after delivery confirmation. Once tracking shows "delivered" at the address you provided, the package is your responsibility. Contact your carrier for help.
Order Cancellation
Because production begins quickly, we can only cancel an order if it has not yet entered production. Email support@makesnapshots.com as soon as possible with your order number. Once production starts (typically within 1-2 business days), the order is final.
