"I created a few AI cards for my kids. I started collecting back on February and the boys love the Kaboom cards. My daughter loves princesses so I made her a Disney card through AI. I looked for a company to actually make the card and found Snapshots. Very easy to use, very fast, excellent price. They actually called me to verify some of the information on the picture and offered to make any changes. I received them very quickly. I rarely leave reviews, but I felt this company deserved to hear that they are doing it right and I will definitely be using them again very soon."

"We had my son’s senior pictures taken at Target field so I wanted to put those images on a baseball card to give out at his graduation party! I had so much fun creating them on the website! I ordered them on a Wednesday night and they were at my door that Saturday! Very quick! I couldn’t wait to open them! They are awesome! Better than I could have ever imagined! The quality is well worth the money! Amazing job! Will definitely recommend to anyone looking for a unique way to capture a forever memory!"

"I ordered cards on a Monday so they would be shipped and arrive by Friday. The next day through a series of unexpected events and missed communications on my part, I discovered my order was delayed. I reached out to see if there was anyway my order could still be processed and shipped out on time. Graham (CTO) reached out to me personally via email and phone to fix the issue and ensure my order was processed and shipped out on time. I received them on that Friday as I was originally hoping. Upon opening they were better than expected. The card stock is sturdy and the printing was high quality! I would definitely recommend this company and will be making more cards to order."

Most Father's Day gifts end up in a drawer by July. Ties get donated. Gift cards get spent on groceries. And that heartfelt mug? It's the fourth one on the shelf. The problem isn't effort — it's that generic gifts don't carry a story. Dad coached every Saturday morning game, drove to every away tournament, and stood in the rain cheering from the bleachers. A gift card doesn't say any of that. It doesn't show his face on a baseball card surrounded by the stats that actually matter — the ones his kids gave him.
A custom dad baseball card from Snapshot turns your favorite photo of Dad into a real, printed trading card that looks like it came straight out of a pack. Production takes one business day; shipping time is quoted at checkout for your address.
Here's exactly how simple the process is, and why dads across the country are getting this card.

Your photo stays on your device.
Why a Custom Dad Baseball Card Beats Every Generic Gift
This isn't a comparison that takes long to make. Let's be direct about what sets a Snapshot card apart.
It Looks Exactly Like a Real Trading Card
Snapshot's templates are modeled after the style of professional baseball cards — complete borders, stat boxes, team fields, and position labels. When Dad holds it, it doesn't feel like a craft project. It feels like something pulled from a pack at the hobby shop, except his face is on it.
Ships free over $30 the Next Business Day
Procrastinated on the gift? It happens. Our one-business-day turnaround with free US shipping over $30 means you can order a few days before Father's Day, a birthday, or any occasion and still have it in hand on time. No expedited shipping fees, no stress about arrival windows.
Arrives Ready to Display
Every Snapshot card ships inside a complimentary magnetic display case — the same kind serious collectors use to protect and show off rare cards. Dad can stand it on his desk at work, prop it on the mantle, or keep it in his baseball bag. It arrives presentation-ready, no framing or assembly required.
Made in the USA by Real People
Every card is printed in Des Moines, Iowa, by the Snapshot team. There's no overseas production delay, no mystery fulfillment center. You're supporting American manufacturing and getting a product someone actually cares about producing correctly — that quality shows up in every card.
Free to design, instant preview. Free US standard shipping on orders $30+. Review delivery options at checkout.
Why Families Across the Country Keep Ordering From Snapshot
Our magnetic display cases show up in home offices, dugout bags, and on bedroom shelves. The most common piece of feedback we hear is simple: 'He actually cried.' That's not something that happens with a gift card.
How to Create Your Custom Dad Baseball Card in Minutes
The entire process takes less time than finding a parking spot at the card shop. Three steps, zero confusion.
Upload Your Best Photo of Dad
Choose a photo that shows his personality — mid-pitch at a backyard game, coaching from the dugout, or just grinning at the ballpark. Portrait orientation works best, but our templates are designed to handle a wide range of shots. Clear lighting and a focused face produce the sharpest card. You're not locked into perfection — we work with real-life photos, not studio shoots.
Pick a Baseball Card Template and Add His Stats
Browse pro-style baseball card templates built specifically for the sport. Select a design that fits Dad's personality — classic, bold, or retro. Then add his name, position, team name (whether that's his rec league team or just 'World's Best Dad'), and any custom stats you want. Years of coaching, games attended, hot dogs consumed — it's all fair game. This is where the card becomes uniquely his.
We Print, Package, and Ship It Free
Once you place your order, our team in Des Moines, Iowa prints your custom dad baseball card on professional card stock and ships it the next business day. No extra charge for the case — it's part of the package because these cards deserve to be displayed, not tucked in a drawer.
From upload to mailbox in days. Dad won't see it coming — and he'll love every second of it.
Mistakes to Avoid When Ordering Your Custom Dad Baseball Card
Using a blurry or low-resolution photo
Choose the sharpest photo you have — even a phone photo taken in good daylight will produce excellent results. Avoid screenshots of old photos or heavily cropped images.
Waiting until the day before Father's Day
Our one-business-day production window plus shipping time means you should order at least 6–7 days before the occasion. Order early and you'll have it well ahead of time.
Leaving the stat fields generic or blank
The stat section is where the card becomes truly personal. Fill it in with something meaningful — real career numbers, funny milestones, or a mix of both. Blank fields make the card feel unfinished.
Not reviewing the preview carefully before ordering
Spend an extra minute on the preview screen checking name spelling, stat accuracy, and photo framing. This is your last chance to catch anything before it goes to print.
Custom Dad Baseball Card vs. Typical Father's Day Gifts
| Gift Type | Personalization | Keeps Forever? | Price Range |
|---|---|---|---|

| Generic Gift Card | None | Spent in days | $25–$50 |

| Trophy or Plaque | Basic engraving only | Sits in a box eventually | $30–$80 |
The Right Moments for a Custom Dad Baseball Card
Some gifts make sense for every occasion. This one makes sense for the moments that actually matter in a baseball family.
Father's Day — The Classic Moment
Father's Day and baseball belong together. If Dad played, coaches, or simply lives and breathes the game every spring, a custom card that immortalizes him as a player is the kind of gift he'll keep for years. Add a hand-written note tucked into the magnetic case and you've got something that will sit on his desk long after the wrapping paper is gone. It's personal in a way a store gift can't be.
End-of-Season Coach Appreciation
Your kid's coach spent months running drills, managing lineups, and keeping ten-year-olds focused through the dog days of summer. A custom dad baseball card with his name, team name, and a photo from the dugout is the kind of thank-you gift that coaches actually talk about. It's specific to him — not a generic trophy that looks like every other plaque on the shelf.
Milestone Birthdays and Anniversaries
Turning 40, 50, or 60 is worth more than a sheet cake and a 'Happy Birthday' balloon. If your dad played high school or college baseball, a card styled after his playing days — with real stats or funny made-up ones — makes for a genuinely emotional gift. Pair it with the MEGA 11×15.4 poster card for a wall-worthy display piece that celebrates the milestone in full scale.
Simple, Transparent Pricing — No Surprises at Checkout
Snapshot keeps pricing straightforward. You know exactly what you're getting before you enter a payment number.
Single custom card starts at $17.99. Card packs are available up to $49.99 — great for ordering multiples for the whole family or a full coaching staff. The MEGA poster card (11×15.4 inches) is $49.99 and makes an unforgettable wall display.
For under $20, Dad gets a printed keepsake that will still be on his desk in ten years. That's hard to match with anything else at that price point.

Frequently Asked Questions
What makes a good photo for a custom dad baseball card?
The best photos for a custom dad baseball card are clear, well-lit, and show Dad's face without heavy shadows or obstruction. Action shots work beautifully — catching a pitch, swinging at a backyard game, or coaching from the dugout. Portrait orientation tends to fit most card templates better than landscape. Don't stress if the background isn't perfect; our templates frame the subject in a way that draws attention to the player, not what's behind him. Avoid photos where sunglasses fully hide his eyes, and make sure the image is at least moderately sharp — even a phone photo taken in decent light will produce a great card.
Can I put custom stats on the card — like 'Years of Coaching' or 'Hot Dogs Eaten'?
Absolutely — and honestly, this is where most people have the most fun. Our baseball card templates include stat fields that you can fill with anything you want. Real stats from his playing days work great, but so do funny ones: 'Seasons Coached: 12,' 'Early Morning Practices Survived: 300,' or 'Dad Jokes Told: Infinite.' The card is yours to personalize however you want. Many families include a mix of real accomplishments and playful stats that reflect Dad's personality. There's no rule that says a custom card has to be serious — the best ones usually aren't entirely.
How long does it take to receive my custom dad baseball card?
Once you complete your order, Snapshot's production team in Des Moines, Iowa prints and ships your card the next business day. Standard free shipping over $30 then delivers it to your door anywhere in the USA. Production takes one business day; shipping time is quoted at checkout for your address. If you're ordering close to Father's Day or another event, we recommend placing your order at least a week in advance to have breathing room. We don't currently offer same-day or overnight options, so plan a few days ahead for best results.
What sizes are available for a custom dad baseball card?
Snapshot offers standard trading card size, which matches the dimensions of a traditional baseball card — the kind that fits in a sleeve or a magnetic display case. We also offer the MEGA card, which prints at 11×15.4 inches and is designed to be wall-displayed like a poster. The MEGA format is ideal for milestone birthdays or as an anchor piece for a baseball-themed room. Both sizes are printed on professional card stock and ship with the same free shipping over $30 and magnetic case. If you want to go big and truly make a statement, the MEGA card is the way to do it.
Is the magnetic display case really included for free?
Yes — every Snapshot order includes a complimentary magnetic display case at no additional charge. This is the same style of rigid case that serious card collectors use to protect high-value cards. It snaps shut magnetically to protect the card's corners and surface, and it can stand upright on a desk or shelf. We include it because a premium card deserves premium presentation. Dad shouldn't have to go hunting for a display solution — it should arrive ready to show off. Nothing extra to buy, no upsell at checkout. The case ships with the card as a standard part of every order.
Can I order multiple cards — like one for each of Dad's kids to give?
Yes, and this is one of the most popular ways families use Snapshot. If you have three kids who all want to contribute to Dad's Father's Day gift, you can order a card pack so everyone has one to give or keep as a shared set. Packs are available up to $49.99 and make great group gifts. You could also order one card for Dad and one for each grandparent, coach, or family member who's part of the baseball world. Multiple cards shipped to the same address qualify for the same free shipping over $30 deal — no per-card shipping fees stacked on top.
Do I need design experience to build a custom dad baseball card?
None at all. Snapshot's card builder is designed specifically for people who have never touched design software in their lives. You upload your photo, choose a baseball template from the available options, fill in the text fields with Dad's name, team, position, and stats, and preview the result before you order. What you see in the preview is what gets printed. There are no confusing layer tools, no font menus to sort through, and no file export steps. If you can attach a photo to an email, you can build a Snapshot card. The whole process typically takes under ten minutes from start to checkout.
What if the card doesn't turn out the way I expected?
Snapshot stands behind the quality of every card we print. If your card arrives damaged, misprinted, or significantly different from your approved preview, reach out to our team and we'll make it right. We review each order carefully before it goes to print, but production and shipping issues can occasionally happen — and we don't leave customers stuck with a bad product. We recommend reviewing your preview carefully before submitting your order, paying attention to text spelling and photo placement. Most issues are caught at the preview stage, but if something goes wrong after it ships, we're here to fix it.
Is the card printed in the USA?
Yes. Every custom dad baseball card from Snapshot is designed, printed, and shipped from Des Moines, Iowa. We're not routing your order through an overseas fulfillment center. The people printing your card are the same people who built the Snapshot brand — a small team that genuinely cares about the product coming out right. Printing domestically also gives us better control over quality and faster turnaround times. When you order from Snapshot, you're getting American-made production, a real team you can contact, and a product built with attention to detail that reflects where it came from.
