The standard card in metric
The trading card standard is defined in inches: 2.5 wide by 3.5 tall. Converted at 25.4 millimeters per inch, that is 63.5 by 88.9 millimeters, or 6.35 by 8.89 centimeters. Snapshot cards are printed to that size and fit the same sleeves, top loaders, and magnetic cases as any retail card.
The print size with bleed
Cards are printed on a slightly larger area and trimmed. Snapshot adds 1/16 inch (about 1.6 millimeters) on every side, so the printed area is 2.625 by 3.625 inches, or 66.7 by 92.1 millimeters, before the cut brings it to 63.5 by 88.9.
The MEGA Card
A MEGA Card is 11 by 15.4 inches, which is 279.4 by 391.2 millimeters or roughly 27.9 by 39.1 centimeters. It keeps the 5:7 proportions of a standard card, scaled up to display size.
Thickness
Standard trading card stock is roughly half a millimeter thick. Snapshot cards print on trading card stock at standard thickness, so they sit in a penny sleeve or top loader the way a retail card does.
