Order cards for clients yourself
A photographer owns the copyright to their photos, so building cards from them is straightforward. Sign in, build a card per player in a Rookie Box (1 to 18 different cards, $17.99 to $49.99), or a Bulk Box of copies (25 for $37.99 up to 100 for $89.99), and ship to the client or to yourself for delivery. Upload a logo where a template has a slot, and adjust the palette to the team's colors.
Because designing is free, you can show a client the finished card before either of you commits.
Partner on team and league work
If you shoot for leagues or clubs, the organization program lets the league run a branded card program: a commission on every sale, agreed case by case, or a discount for teams, custom templates with the league's branding, and a dashboard across every team. Whether a photographer shares in a league's arrangement is worked out case by case; point the league to the Organizations page, and use the contact page to ask about your own role.
Sell through the Pro Shop
The Pro Shop is Snapshot's storefront for athletes, coaches, and creators selling their own cards. You apply, and once approved you list cards at a price you set; Snapshot handles design, printing, and shipping, and cards are printed after they sell, so there is no inventory to buy and no minimum order. Applying is free and the full terms are walked through after approval.
When clients use your photos
Parents often want to make a card from a photo they bought from you. Whether that is allowed is up to your license: personal-use rights usually cover a keepsake of their own child, and never cover resale. Stating it plainly on your gallery saves questions, and pointing clients to a card of their kid is an easy add-on to a photo purchase.
