The outer packaging
Every order travels in a rigid mailer, with the cards sleeved inside it. The mailer is what stops a card from bending or getting corner damage on the way; the sleeve keeps the surface clean.
What each product arrives in
A Rookie Box is packed in a branded Snapshot card box, and one one-touch magnetic display case is included. The case holds a single card, so with a multi-card box you choose which card it shows; the rest stay sleeved in the box.
A MEGA Card ships in a fitted protective sleeve made for its 11" x 15.4" size. A Bulk Box is the run of 25, 50, or 100 identical cards, sleeved.
Team packs
A team pack is 26 copies of one player's card in one box, with a magnetic display case for the holographic copy. All of a team's packs ship together to the coach or organizer rather than to each family.
If something arrives damaged
If a parcel arrives with visible shipping damage or a printing defect, photograph the card, the packaging, and the damage, and email support with your order number. Replacements are handled case by case and you are not asked to ship anything back.
