Step one: the coach sets up the team
The coach or team parent fills in a short form on the Teams page to create the team. It produces a team page with its own link, and that link is the whole distribution system: no spreadsheets, no envelopes of cash.
Step two: players order through the link
Each family opens the link, uploads a photo of their player, and personalizes the card: name, number, position, stats. The design is theirs, so every card in the team is unique to its player while sharing the team's look. They pay for their own pack by card at checkout, and no account is required.
A pack is 26 copies of that player's card: 25 in the standard finish and one holographic copy, which goes in the included magnetic display case, for $29.99. The all-holographic pack is $39.99.
Step three: packs ship to the coach
Every pack for the team ships together to the coach or organizer, who hands them out at practice or a game. Tracking goes to the coach, since they receive the shipment.
What the team gets back
Teams earn on every pack ordered through their link, with no minimum and no setup fee. Printing, shipping, and customer service are handled by Snapshot. Leagues and organizations running many teams can set up a partnership with custom-branded templates and a dashboard across all their teams.
