Who may upload a child's photo
Snapshot accounts are for adults; children under 13 may not create an account. Cards about children are the normal use of the service, so the rule is about who uploads: a parent, legal guardian, or someone they have authorized, such as a coach or team organizer. By uploading, you confirm you have that permission.
What the photo is used for
The stated purpose is narrow: making, printing, and shipping the card you ordered, and supporting that order. The privacy policy commits that uploaded photos are not sold or shared, are not used to train artificial intelligence models, and are not used for facial recognition or biometric identification.
Children's images are not used in marketing without separate, explicit permission, and children's personal information is not sold or used for targeted advertising.
Your controls
A parent or guardian can contact Snapshot at any time to review, correct, or delete a child's photo and details, and that request is honored even when the card was created by a coach or organization. Account holders can also delete their uploaded images and content and delete the account itself.
Team cards
On a team page, each family uploads its own player's photo through the team link, so a coach does not need to hold everyone's photos. Where a coach or organizer does upload on a family's behalf, the same rules and the same parental rights apply.
