Panini Sports Cards Customer Service Got You Down?

Panini produces officially licensed trading cards featuring professional athletes — cards you buy in packs, often hoping for a specific player. Snapshot makes fully custom cards featuring whoever you want: your kid, your teammate, your favorite local athlete. You supply the photo and we print a premium sports card on professional card stock, styled like the real thing. There's no randomness, no pack odds, and no licensed content restrictions. You know exactly what you're getting before you order, and you get it shipped the next business day with free shipping over $30. Completely different products solving completely different needs.

Our production team in Des Moines processes and ships orders the next business day. That's not an estimate padded for safety — it's our actual production window. Once your order ships, you'll get a tracking number so you can follow it to your door. We don't drop orders in a queue and forget about them. If you have a deadline — a birthday, a team banquet, a graduation party — reach out before ordering and we'll tell you honestly whether we can make it. We'd rather set real expectations than overpromise.

Yes, every Snapshot card ships with a free magnetic case — no exceptions, no add-on required. A magnetic case is the gold standard for protecting and displaying trading cards. It snaps closed securely, shows off the card face, and makes the whole thing feel like a premium collectible the moment you open the package. We include it because we think a card this good deserves real protection from the start. It's not a promotional offer or a limited-time deal. It's just part of what you get when you order from Snapshot.

Any sport, any athlete, any level. We've printed cards for baseball, basketball, football, soccer, hockey, volleyball, wrestling, swimming, gymnastics, lacrosse, track, cheer, and more. Youth rec leagues, middle school sports, high school varsity teams, college club sports, adult recreational leagues — all of it works. You're not limited to major league players or licensed content. If you have a photo of someone playing a sport, we can put them on a card. The templates are designed to work across sports, and you can customize the name, position, and number to match.

A clear, well-lit photo where the subject is the obvious focal point will always print best. Action shots work great — mid-swing, mid-shot, mid-stride. Portrait-style photos work too. You don't need a professional camera. Most modern smartphones take photos that print beautifully on our professional card stock. Avoid photos where the subject is very small in the frame or heavily blurred. Our template preview will show you exactly how your photo sits in the design before you confirm the order, so you'll know what you're getting before you pay.

Absolutely. Team orders are one of our most common use cases. Coaches, team parents, and league organizers order individual cards for each player, then bundle them as end-of-season gifts or keepsakes. You can place separate orders per player or reach out to us about a larger team order. Our packs and bundles go up to $49.99 and are a cost-effective way to put cards in every player's hands. If you're coordinating a big order with a deadline, contact us early — we'll work with you to make sure everything ships on time.

Snapshot is a real company based in Des Moines, Iowa. We print every card in-house in the USA — no outsourcing, no overseas printing. That's how we keep quality consistent and turnaround times fast. We've been shipping custom sports cards to customers in all 50 states, and we stand behind every order. If a card arrives damaged or there's a production issue, we make it right. We're not a dropshipper or a reseller. We own the whole process from upload to printed card, which means we're accountable for every single order that goes out.

The MEGA is an 11×15.4-inch oversized poster card — printed on the same professional card stock as our standard cards but at a display-ready size. Imagine a full-size action photo of your athlete, styled like a real trading card, framed or mounted on a wall. Parents, coaches, and athletic departments order these regularly. It ships with the same one-business-day turnaround and free US shipping over $30 as every other Snapshot product.

We're reachable directly through our website. Unlike the runaround you might experience searching for panini sports cards customer service support, we're a small team that actually responds. If your order has a production issue, a shipping delay, or anything that doesn't look right when it arrives, reach out and we'll fix it. We handle every customer issue ourselves — there's no tiered support system or automated response loop to wade through. If you have a question before you order, we can answer that too. Real people, real answers, real fast.
