Be clear on what this is
Snapshot prints custom cards. It is not a Magic card editor, and it is not a proxy maker.
No Magic frame, mana symbols, set symbols, type line or rules text box, and no card database to pull from. None of that is ours to reproduce.
We do not print copies of existing Magic cards. If you came looking for playtest proxies of cards you already own, Snapshot is the wrong tool.
What you get is a Snapshot card design carrying your own artwork, your own card name and your own text.
The cards are not tournament legal and are not playable substitutes for real cards.

Questions
Does Snapshot have a Magic card template?
No. There is no Magic frame, mana symbol set or rules text box in the builder, and there could not be — the frame and its furniture belong to Wizards of the Coast. Snapshot gives you our own card designs to fill with your own artwork and text.
Can I make proxies with this?
No. We do not reproduce existing Magic cards, and there is no card database behind the builder to pull card text or art from. Snapshot only prints artwork and text that you supply.
Then what is it good for?
A real, printed custom card with art you own and text you write — original cards, cards of a playgroup, league and tournament cards, gifts, gag cards. The difference from most browser card makers is that this one ends in a physical card rather than a PNG.
Do I need an account?
Not to design. You can open the builder, choose a template, upload a photo, fill in the text and see your finished card without signing up. A free account is needed to save a design, to order prints, and to use the AI-art templates.
What do the printed cards look like?
Standard trading card size, 2.5" x 3.5", printed on premium card stock with square corners like a real card, so it fits any sleeve, toploader or case. A single card is $17.99 and includes a magnetic case; multi-card boxes bring the per-card price down.
