The three emails and pages
First comes the order confirmation, sent the moment payment completes. It carries your order number, which is the reference for any support request. Then, when the parcel is handed to the carrier, a tracking email arrives with the carrier's tracking link.
In between, your account's orders page shows where the order stands, and the site's tracking page follows the parcel once it has a tracking number.
What the tracking shows
The tracking link is the carrier's own, so it shows the scans the carrier records: accepted, in transit, out for delivery, delivered. The estimated arrival window you saw at checkout was built from that carrier's transit estimate for your address, so the two should agree.
Team orders
A team's packs ship together to the coach or organizer, not to each family, so the tracking email goes to the person who set up the team. Families can ask the coach when the packs are due.
If tracking stalls
Carrier scans sometimes pause for a day or two without the parcel being lost. If the tracking has not moved well past the estimated window, email support with your order number and the tracking number.
