Step one: confirmation
Payment completes and a confirmation email arrives with the order number and a summary of what you bought. Keep the number; it is the reference for tracking questions or a replacement request.
Step two: the order locks and prints
The order is stored exactly as you previewed it: the photo, the template, every line of text, and any holographic toggles. Because cards are printed to order, that snapshot is what goes to press, and text cannot be changed once production begins. The preview you approved is the proof.
Cards print at the standard 2.5" x 3.5" size on trading card stock. A MEGA Card prints at 11" x 15.4".
Step three: shipping and tracking
When the parcel is handed to the carrier you get a tracking email with the carrier link. The estimated arrival window you saw at checkout was built for your address and the service you chose, and your account's orders page shows the status at any point.
Step four: delivery, and after
Cards arrive sleeved in a rigid mailer. A Rookie Box comes in a branded Snapshot card box with a one-touch magnetic display case; a MEGA Card comes in a fitted protective sleeve. If anything arrives damaged or defective, email support within 14 days of delivery with photos and the order number.
Your designs remain in your account after the order, so you can order more copies later, put a card into a new box, or build next season's card alongside it.
