What works without an account
The builder at /create is open to anyone. A signed-out visitor can start a box, upload a photo, choose from the standard templates, type in a name, number, team, and stats, and see the finished card front and back exactly as it would print.
Because nothing is stored until you save, there is no commitment. You can build, compare templates, and close the tab.
What needs an account
Four actions ask you to sign in or create a free account. Each is prompted at the moment you try it, not before.
- ✓Saving a finished card into a box so it persists
- ✓Adding a box to the cart and ordering
- ✓Choosing an AI-generated template, which builds a unique scene around the player photo
- ✓Uploading a finished card design of your own instead of using a template
Signing in does not lose your work
If you build a card signed out and then save it, the sign-in prompt appears and the card you were working on is kept. After you sign in or create the account, the save resumes with that same card, so there is no need to rebuild it.
Teams are different
Players ordering through a coach's team link do not need an account at all. The link opens a builder where the player adds a photo, personalizes the card, and orders their pack directly. Accounts are for the standard /create builder and its collection of saved cards.
