Rookie Box: per card, with a ceiling
In a Rookie Box you choose the holographic finish card by card. Each card you switch on adds $2.99. The charge is capped at $14.99 for the box, so upgrading five cards costs $14.95 and upgrading all eighteen still costs $14.99.
That cap is why the upgrade gets cheaper per card as a box grows: on an 18-card box the whole set goes holographic for less than a dollar a card.
MEGA Card and Bulk Box
A holographic MEGA Card is $14.99 per card, and there is no box cap because each MEGA Card is a large print in its own right.
A Bulk Box is one design printed as a run, so the finish is all or nothing for the run: $14.99 on a 25-card box, $22.99 on a 50-card box, or $29.99 on a 100-card box.
Team packs
A team pack ordered through a coach's team link is $29.99 and already includes one holographic copy alongside 25 standard copies. An all-holographic team pack, where every one of the 26 copies gets the finish, is $39.99.
What the finish is
The holographic option in the builder is labelled Cracked Ice. It is a light-refracting finish applied over the printed card, so the photo and text stay clear while the surface shifts color as the card tilts. You toggle it on a finished card in the box, and the box total updates immediately.
