Choose the baseball memory you want to keep
A first season, a travel-team year and a final high-school game call for different details. For the first season, start with the team name and year. For a milestone, use the actual game or achievement and check the wording with the family.
Choose a photo that makes the player recognizable at card size. A clean uniform portrait can work better than a distant action shot. Keep a second photo ready if the selected design crops the bat, glove or face awkwardly.
For a gift to a grandparent, decide whether the card should feature one player or a family sports memory. For a team gift, make a roster and quantities list before beginning the designs.
When people give one
End of season
A card per player at the team party, with the confirmed season, jersey number and team name. Count player and family copies separately before choosing the order quantity.
Opening day
Made from last season's photo and given at the start of the new one. It reads as a promotion rather than a souvenir, which is why players in their first year of travel ball respond to it.
Senior night
The last home game of a high school career. A card, or the poster-sized MEGA version, is what parents put on the table beside the flowers.
Christmas
Baseball is out of season in December, which is exactly why this works: nothing else in the box is about baseball, and this one is.
Coach thank-you
Choose a portrait of the coach or a set of player cards with a short shared thank-you. Collect longer notes and handwritten signatures on a separate insert.
Grandparents
Choose the player photo the family wants to keep and add the season. Count each grandparent’s copy and any extra display cases before placing the order.
Build a baseball gift around one season
A youth player, a graduating senior and a grandparent need different details. Choose the season and recipient before choosing the design.
1. For the player: make the face recognizable
Choose a batting stance, pitching pose or uniform portrait where the face is clear. Avoid a helmet brim or backstop wire covering the eyes. Use the original photo file when available, then inspect the crop in the builder.
2. For the family: record the right season
Confirm the team spelling, jersey number and year. Add a position or one verified milestone if it matters to the player. A younger player does not need invented batting averages or professional-style statistics.
3. For the roster: count copies before ordering
List each player and the number of copies needed for player, coach and family. For example, 12 players with 3 copies each means 36 cards, not 12. Check the full order configuration and price before collecting contributions.

Check team and league spelling, season, player number, face visibility and whether the selected back design has room for the message. Keep the final design readable at card size.
What to expect on delivery
Confirm your presentation date, finish the design review, then check the carrier estimate for the actual delivery address before paying. Allow time to receive and organize the gifts before the event; an estimated arrival is not an event-date guarantee.
