Match the football gift to the occasion
A banquet handout is about the whole roster; a senior tribute is about one player. Decide which task you are solving before choosing quantities and presentation. Add coaching-staff gifts to the recipient list explicitly.
For a recognizable portrait, check whether the helmet or facemask obscures the face. A sideline portrait can be more useful than a distant game photo. Keep the number, position and season accurate, and use only verified statistics.
For signing day, confirm any school name or future plan with the player before printing it. For an event gift, review the actual delivery options before making a promise to the organizer.
When people give one
The banquet
End-of-season awards night. A card per player is the handout version; the poster-sized MEGA is what gets given to the seniors and the coaching staff.
Senior night
The last home game. Parents want a physical object out of it, and a card or a MEGA poster card is what ends up on the table beside the flowers.
Christmas
Peak football and peak shopping, at once. The card is the thing in the pile that is about the player rather than about the sport.
Signing day
A card made in the new school's colors, given the week it becomes official. Small, and it does not compete with the hat.

Plan a football banquet or senior-night gift
Start with the event and the final recipient list. A senior tribute and a whole-roster handout have different quantities and approval needs.
1. Use a face-visible photo
A uniform portrait without the helmet can make the player easier to recognize than a distant action shot. If using a helmet photo, preview the eyes, jersey number and crop before ordering.
2. Keep the tribute specific to the player
Include the season, position and a message about effort, leadership or a memorable play. Add school commitments or statistics only after the player or family confirms them; leave future plans out when they are not ready to share.
3. Give the organizer one approval checklist
Separate players, seniors and coaching staff. Record the number of cards or larger display gifts for each, the final proof owner and the handoff location. Confirm delivery options for the actual banquet date before promising a presentation.

Choose a clear original photo of the player, with the face visible. Preview the crop and background treatment; a blurred or distant image may need a different source photo.

Choose an available design, then fill in the name and other fields it supports. Check both sides, replace sample text and keep any dedication readable. The on-screen preview shows the design; the photographs above show the physical finish.

Can I put stats on a football card?

Do you do whole teams?
